The Drumming Snipe in Mayford, Surrey, is recruiting for an experienced supervisor to work in our pub across restaurant, bar & host sections.

We have a rota available to work Monday to Friday lunch or dinner shifts, approximately 35 to 40 hours per week.

Duties will include:

Food & drinks menu and product knowledge
Excellent customer service
Supervising junior staff
Working closely with managers
Maintaining and overseeing service standards
Help provide training and development of the team
Opening and closing procedures

Our floor & bar team are the face of the business and we are looking for a customer focused & friendly hospitality supervisor to deliver our great food & beverage.

We are looking for experienced supervisors in the bar & restaurant with the ability to multi task, organise junior staff and support the managers.

The owners of the business work alongside the operations team to provide full support and share their passion for hospitality, British cuisine, integrity & teamwork.
