Description
Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in Financial Services or similar regulated environment- Ability to build rapport swiftly, either via telephone or on a facetoface basis
- Competent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (grammar and spelling)
- Good organisation skills with superb attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively with the ability to multitask
- Adaptable and calm approach, when faced with changes or conflicting demands of the business
- Capable of working well as an individual and as part of a team
- If working remotely, must have designated office space

Role:
Are you an experienced Administrator, perhaps with some experience of supporting a Financial Adviser, or just keen to work in Financial Services?
Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail and your ability to follow processes, to complete quality and robust paperwork?
Due to a retirement, our Client is looking to replace an Administrator.
Working as part of a small team, you'll have the option to either work from home or, have a hybrid role with occasional office visits.
Therefore, you'll need to reside in the North East area i.e. Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham/Darlington/Teesside.This full-time position offers great flexibility - you can work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm OR work your hours to suit your circumstances.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deal effectively with queries from clients
- Prepare files with various documents including compliance, research illustrations etc
- Ensure that client files are complete
- Contact clients annually and book reviews
- Produce Ongoing Advice reports and follow the Ongoing Advice framework
- Deal with daytoday servicing of existing clients
- Obtain information for analysis and comparison
- Maintain existing relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients onboard
- Escalate complex client queries and liaise with the Financial Adviser
REFER receive £250 when they start in their new role
Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
