An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join a well-known not-for-profit organization in London.


The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and defining the solutions needed to achieve the business & customer outcomes looking to be achieved.


Responsibilities:

- to analyse solutions and provide further recommendations to enable additional value within the business going forward

  • To discover and investigate business barriers, putting them across in a clear and concise way.
  • To champion change within and act as a change agent.
  • Ensure solution integrity across all change initiatives
  • To always challenge the business to enable solutions to meet the scope of the business change.
  • Provide clarity of understanding of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership experience

Skills:


  • Degree educated
  • Relevant Business Analyst qualifications
  • 5 years' experience within BA role
