Customer Service Sales Advisor

£21,840 basic + VERY generous monthly bonus (Expected to make at least £40,000+ in your first year)

To start January 4th 2023

Duties:


  • Outbound calls to customers to offer advice
  • Working towards targets and securing policies
  • Consulting Customers on different options available
  • Diary management and prioritising call backs
  • Updating customer details on the online system

Skills required:


  • True passion for exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask seamlessly
  • Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
  • Honest, conscientious, and professional
  • Sales/ Customer Service experience would be beneficial
- although the right attitude and personality will be the most important thing they are looking for
