Rotating 3 shift pattern: 6-2pm, 10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm _

Trainee Setter

To be trained in producing quality envelopes in accordance with customer specification

To be trained in the set up and operation of envelope machines
To be trained by a skilled setter/adjuster from the training matrix to reach level 4 in all aspects of envelope setting
To be trained in monitoring product to the company standard level of quality control
To be trained in all aspects of repairing any minor problems that occur during production
To be trained in completing all checks and paperwork required by the company
To maintain a clean and tidy area (work, changing room, canteen etc.)
To be trained how to fault find and rectify the fault in all areas of the envelope machine

Requirements:

To wear personal protective equipment at all times within the production area.

Meet H&S regulations of the site at all times.
To behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.
Adhere to all company rules and policies.
To maintain high levels of work performance including attendance, timekeeping etc.
To assist in other areas as and when required.
Conduct yourself in a responsible and courteous manner at all times
Have a cooperative and enthusiastic approach at all times
Good level of efficiency
Reasonable communication skills
Respectful and helpful attitude.
Team Player
Undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required by the company.
To take reasonable instructions from your Trainer and Shift Managers.
