Stockport Without Abuse (SWA) is a grassroots charity committed to supporting our vision of everyone having a right to live in safety, and to have a future without fear of domestic abuse.

We work directly with women, men and children who have experienced or are at risk of domestic abuse.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Moving On Domestic Abuse Advisor to join our new Moving On team and be part of our Leadership team.

Main purpose of the post:

Shape and design domestic abuse support programme for individuals moving on from a high risk relationship, moving on from emergency accommodation or remaining in their home;
Provide management and leadership to the brand new Moving On team, supporting and guiding your new team to achieve the required key performance indicators;
Work closely with the Deputy CEO and Leadership team, providing appropriate information and support;
Manage a small caseload and be part of the organisation 'On Call' rota.
