A superb opportunity has arisen with a long-established and professionally managed regional practice based in Liverpool. The nature of the role will appeal to a real estate specialist with up to 3 yrs' PQE. Applications are welcome at NQ level.

Forming part of a friendly and well-structed team, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload including:

Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals,
Options, Easements and Rights of Way,
Commercial Leases and L&T advice,
Site Acquisitions and Development projects,
Property Finance & Secured Lending,
Corporate Support.

Enjoying an excellent reputation, the team is retained by an impressive portfolio of clients and receives excellent quality instructions.

You will be acting for clients operating of in a range of sectors including property developers, private rental & investment, finance & lending, retail, leisure, professional services and IPs.

Initially, it is anticipated that you will enjoy developing your skills and expertise across a spectrum of commercial property transaction.

The depth of expertise within the team and diversity of work undertaken means there is scope for specialisation in key areas if you wish to develop your career in that way.

The team is hard-working and committed to providing clients with an exceptional service. That said, the firm does not promote a long-hours culture.
