A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join the nursery, and support the staff team to ensure the smooth running of the setting, with regard to all health and safety matters affecting the children in your care.

What will the apprentice be doing?

To meet the needs of the children and to provide a caring, stimulating, and interesting environment for them
To see every child as unique and to promote healthy growth and development
Participate in regular staff discussions and meetings with colleagues and managers
Maintain the efficient operation of the nursery and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Participate in training as required both internally and externally

What training will be given:

Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship or,
Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship
Functional Skills English and Maths if not exempt

You will supported through learning the skills you need in order to properly care for babies and preschool children.

You will be given the space, resources and mentoring required to study and learn at your own pace and as your knowledge and understanding grows, they will provide the experiences you need to gain your qualification and become a professional in the Early Years.
