More about your role


You willlead and provide support to the systems administrator and data analyst to enable them to achieve a high level of competency an deliver a quality service and information to the business.

You will ensure we maintain a robust, reliable and efficientsystem to enable Touchstone to provide the best possible information service internally, to our client and our tenants.


You will develop and maintain existing systems to ensure business needs are maintained, where possible creating efficiencies and providing alternative & smarter ways of working.


You will be working Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and 9am - 5pm on a Friday.

More about you


You will have previous experience in managing a systems team and maintaining systems and will be a quick and confident learner with a positive can do attitude.

You will have sound knowledge of power BI and previous experience working in a data driven roles.

You will be a strong communicator and comfortable with all methods of communication and dealing with both internal colleagues and external customers

Strong administration and organisation skills are key to being successful in this role and you will have the ability to investigate and resolve system issues efficiently and effectively and will be able to analyse business requirements
