St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle TR27 5BH

Hours of work: 30 hours per week, various shifts, Seasonal

Salary:
£12.00ph

Who we are?

What we need in a nutshell

We want our team of cleaners to be well-managed and motivated and want our venues and facilities to be so clean that they sparkle.

So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say "Wow"

Tasks included are:

Managing and motivating your team of cleaners
Resolving guest issues in a way that makes them feel good
Working together with other team leaders and the wider park team to ensure our guests have the perfect holiday
Maintaining and monitoring the toilets, keeping them clean and fully stocked
Keeping our floors rubbish free
Keeping an eye on our bins throughout the day
Dusting, mopping and wiping anything that doesn't look quite right
General cleaning of the building throughout the day.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

To deliver delight to our guests you will need to:

Have experience of leading a team
Have experience in a housekeeping role so that you know how this vital role works
Have a friendly and helpful attitude delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating with your team.
Be an organiser, with an eye for the important little details
Be comfortable working to tight deadlines as part of a busy team
Be open to learning experience isn't as important as eagerness to learn
Be willing to turn your hand to anything guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
