Customer Service Administrator

Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 9QD

£23,400 per annum

Permanent, full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week

Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm on a rota basis

As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer support processes, working closely with our Team Leader to identify and eliminate root causes of issues, guaranteeing exceptional service delivery with every point of contact

Every day you will...

  • Utilise customer support systems efficiently to resolve incoming queries effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
  • Collaborate with the broader Shared Service center to enhance and evolve the Bookings function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.
  • Focus on customer experience in order to encourage worker retention and minimise unnecessary attrition by providing an effective query handling resolutions in a timely manner.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • Previous experience in customer service/call handling and used to working in a fast paced environment
  • A positive and can do attitude with the ability to problem solve and find resolutions in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient IT skills and experience with MS Office packages and comfortable working with numerical related queries
