Junior Business Analyst - City of London / Hybrid
Contract - Junior Business Analyst - Financial Services Organization - City of London / Hybrid

The Role:


My client, a well-known Financial Services organisation, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join them in the City of London on a contract basis.

You will be required to be onsite 2 days a week.


It is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-minded and keen to take a proactive role in communicating and engaging with stakeholders.

This client is able
to pay a highly desirable day rate, often above or in-line with market rates. This rate will be inside
IR35.


Main duties:


A Business Analyst is required to join the Business Change team to assist in building and maintaining the Business Architecture and supporting many other business readiness activities as part of a major transformation programme.


The following are essential:


  • Professional experience using software tooling: Visio, Miro, Confluence
  • Experience in Business Analysis in the financial industry
  • Ability to provide clear, insightful analysis and commentary.
  • Organizing and running workshops with stakeholders of all levels
  • Identifying key issues, risks, gaps, and flaws in the processes within the business
  • Supporting other Business activities for the major transformation programs
  • Documenting all artefacts and ensuring we have timely stakeholder approval.
  • Communicating findings back to the business change team

Working Hours & Flexible Working:


  • Minimum of 2 days per week onsite in the London office
  • Monday to Friday 40hour work week
