Overview:


As a QA apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Data Essentials - Level 3 Apprenticeship.


Salary:

£14,000 - £16,000 per annum.


Main role / Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and conducting onboarding interviews
  • Writing up and sharing interview feedback to manager or follow up discussion with manager where appropriate
  • Offboarding
  • Filing resignations and archiving employee files
  • Review exit survey responses and prepare questions for exit interview
  • Scheduling and conducting exit interviews, writing up and sharing feedback with managers
  • Remove employee from Headspace
  • General management of queries via
  • Responding to employee querieslogging in, basic processes, employment changes
  • Process updates and administration changes
  • Implementing dotted line manager function and associated permission group
  • Uploading updated documentation and contract drafting updates and amendments
  • Filing signed new start contracts and creating new start files
  • Drafting employment change letters to document
  • Issuing via Docusign, filing once completed

Entry requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Those working in a role (for at least 6 months) where data is used on a regular basis and able to demonstrate working toward Level 2 in Maths and English.

Future prospects:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
