Description
I'm currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a leading environment-focused company near Stratford-upon-Avon

6 week contract initially but could be extended, with potential to go permanent

ASAP start

Full-time only

£ £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, with flexibility

In office initially for training, then hybrid thereafter - 2/3 days in office per week

Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is highly preferred


Responsibilities:


  • Processing highvolume invoices
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Responding to suppliers' queries
  • Scanning invoices
  • Setting up supplier accounts
  • Supporting with payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
