Your purpose
The Finance Customer Response (FCR) Team is at the forefront of Specsavers' customer service, supporting over 1,500 optical, hearing, Home Visit and NewMedica businesses in the UK, ROI, and the

Netherlands.

Our purpose is to manage the c6,000 finance queries received per month from our stores, their suppliers and our internal colleagues.


Your role

  • Manage incoming phone calls and log the queries for investigation
  • Provide resolutions to problems while following the policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain knowledge in all areas of Specsavers Finance to ensure accurate resolutions are provided to customers. Starting with foundation knowledge training, and working towards specialist finance knowledge

What you'll bring

  • Experience of customer service with the ability to confidently listen, empathise and probe to fully understand customer needs, instilling customer confidence that their query is in safe hands and will be resolved
  • Some knowledge of finance/cash/banking processes either through work experience or education
  • A right firsttime approach, with the tenacity to fully investigate and chase until you have the answer and the confidence to challenge the norm rather than accepting the way it's always been done
