We are currently hiring a hybrid working Health, Safety and Compliance Manager in the Northamptonshire district within social housing on a permanent basis.

You will oversee and directly regulate compliance in domestic properties.

You'll benefit from 33days of annual leave (including bank holidays), competitive salary and a chance to really make a difference.

The role of Health, Safety and Compliance Manager:

Implementing all statutory regulatory requirements of the big 6' of compliance
Maintaining budget control efficiently and effectively
Supporting your team in hitting KPI's, monitoring and up to date legal requirements
Excellent leadership experience and implementation to support and progress your team

Experience Required of the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager:

Previous experience covering compliance and H&S in the public

- sector

Proven implemented knowledge of compliance regulation
Budget control
Performance management of a compliance team
