  • Matching invoices against purchase orders.
  • Posting invoices.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring the business is represented well throughout each stage of the purchase ledger process
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Resolving supplier queries.
  • Keeping ledger filing up to date and current.
  • Other ad hoc duties relevant to the efficient running of the function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background of invoice processing is ideal
  • Able to work to set deadlines, ideally with experience in a highvolume finance transactional team
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, especially Excel
