Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our facility. The Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.

Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Monitor building security and report any safety hazards or damages
Maintain outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and green spaces
Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed

Skills:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Non-Residential Caretaker with a minimum of six months or more experience. Must understand health and safety, and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Ability to work on own initiatives an advantage.

Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Good physical health to handle manual labor tasks

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 1 month

Pay:
£16.93 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
