Our fantastic, rapidly growing client within the local region is seeking a motivated
Production Operative to join their team in Silloth, Cumbria.

Job Title:

Production Operative

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30

Location:

Silloth, Cumbria

The Role:

Performs routine production tasks such as operating subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling equipment including hoists, cranes, tow motors, pallet trucks, and other miscellaneous equipment.
Inspection of materials to identify product defects
To ensure any nonconformities are highlighted to the supervisor
Follows specific quality criteria to maintain quality system requirements
To maintain a high level of awareness and commitment in the Health, Safety and Environmental aspect of work
Be physically fit due to the nature of the role, resilience and a cando attitude
Works as part of a team to ensure targets are met, as well as working individually and using your own initiative to ensure work is completed safely.
Be punctual and hard working
Can keep a team enthused and motivated
