The Role:

IT Technical Support Analyst - up to £30,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + Training

As an IT Technical Support Analyst you will be directly involved in the maintenance, support, availability, and security of the company IT infrastructure, while providing proactive and reactive support to colleagues, ensuring the highest levels of customerservice.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support to internal colleagues on a wide range of technologies
  • Deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • Administer software updates and system backups
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners

The person:

As an IT Technical Support Analyst you will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a 2nd Line Technical Support role
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving ability
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Experience of supporting or administering the following systems:
Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
LAN, WAN, VPN and WIFI networks
Printer configuration and maintenance

Experience of the following would be advantageous:

  • ITIL/ITSM Accreditation
  • MacOS, iMac/MacBook hardware and JAMF MDM
  • Jira Service Management, Software and Confluence Tools
  • Experience within a retail/manufacturing environment
