Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive calls and direct them to different parts of the organisation.
- Receive and greet visitors and supply them with refreshments.
- Maintain calenders for appointments and schedule and manage diaries for senior management.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Completing administrative tasks as directed by the Administrator.
- Assist with the recruitment process by conducting phone calls, networking, and creating job postings.
- Direct contact with staff and clients to schedule shifts in some of our projects.
- Conduct interviews, schedule and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire status.
- Create and maintain a database of all current employees.
- Create and maintain a database of all current positions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Recruitment Administrator.
- Participate on the call rota to support other senior staff.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team environment.
- A high level of professionalism in all interactions with coworkers, management, and customers.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and TalentWorks experience (A+ or S+ desirable).

£22,777.80-£24,077.70 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
