Rehoboth24 Healthcare Solutions Ltd Agency is looking for a Receptionist/HR Assistant to join our team in Leicester.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Receive calls and direct them to different parts of the organisation.
  • Receive and greet visitors and supply them with refreshments.
  • Maintain calenders for appointments and schedule and manage diaries for senior management.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Completing administrative tasks as directed by the Administrator.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by conducting phone calls, networking, and creating job postings.
  • Direct contact with staff and clients to schedule shifts in some of our projects.
  • Conduct interviews, schedule and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire status.
  • Create and maintain a database of all current employees.
  • Create and maintain a database of all current positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Recruitment Administrator.
  • Participate on the call rota to support other senior staff.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team environment.
  • A high level of professionalism in all interactions with coworkers, management, and customers.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and TalentWorks experience (A+ or S+ desirable).

£22,777.80-£24,077.70 per year
