Our client, a Chambers-listed Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their team in Wokingham as part of the firm's succession planning.

You will be working in a team with 8 other fee earners and have full Legal Secretarial support.

The department generally deal with:

Administering an Estate Court of Protection Creation
Administration of Trusts
Elderly Client Advice
Inheritance Tax (IHT)
Power of Attorney
Trust and Estate Accounting
Tax Management
Will drafting and reviews
Wills, Trusts, and Estate Disputes

A STEP qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
