Job Title:
Client Administrator


Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000


Location:
Bracknell

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively respond to queries surrounding invoices and payments
  • Engaging in effective negotiation to establish payment plans and settlements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all communication and transactions with clients, documenting payment arrangements, and updating customer information
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to gather information and resolve payment discrepancies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in using and learning various systems and software's
