Client Administrator
Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000

Responsibilities:
- Proactively respond to queries surrounding invoices and payments
- Engaging in effective negotiation to establish payment plans and settlements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all communication and transactions with clients, documenting payment arrangements, and updating customer information
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to gather information and resolve payment discrepancies.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using and learning various systems and software's
