***An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time (30 hours) Business Support Administrator to join a Team of Administrators who provide Business Support to the Operational and Management Teams within Children's Social Care, based at Sandpiper House, Selby.


The role

You will undertake a range of administrative duties including word processing, issuing petty cash and reconciliation, telephone duties, data inputting.

Accuracy and attention to detail is essential together with a strong commitment to confidentiality of personal information, as well as knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.


What you will bring

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, such as Excel and Word, bespoke systems and/or data entry, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as exceptional customer care skills suitable for dealing with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

You must be able to prioritise your own workload, work to tight deadlines and be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as effectively working as part of a team.
