Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent role as a Customer Service Advisor, working for a company in Taunton that is massively expanding.
This company will assist you in gaining a degree, completely free and completed within working hours, and offers a salary of up to £25k per annum with regular reviews on this.
You must have previous customer service experience or have worked in a hospitality related role, and live within a commutable distance of Taunton.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am 5pm
- Every other Saturday morning until 12pm
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Dealing confidently with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic ability
- Upselling and cross selling to customers over the telephone
- Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualification
