DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role

As the Marketing Assistant you will:

Provide marketing and communication support for marketing, vendor managers and sales teams.
Followup all procedures and management of marketing campaigns' budget: requests, invoicing and claim.
Collaborate with different suppliers and partners.
Create reports, update trackers and calendars.
Create content for social media, eDMs, newsletters, brochures.
Update company website and other digital assets when necessary.
Support in webinars and events organisation.
Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you

The ideal Marketing Assistant:

Have a confident and engaging personality and enjoy building relationships with internal teams and partners
Demonstrated ability to create marketing assets and deliver some tactics of an integrated marketing campaigns against business objectives.
Solid project management, planning, and organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Id,Ps), Eloqua, Wordpress is a plus

Desirable:

Experience in IT related industry, Distribution, Reseller, Vendor, Channel Experience
