We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Petts Wood.

We help employers build recruitment processes and fill their jobs in house.

We work with all the major and niche UK job boards to help companies secure appropriate media and post ehris jobs in the right places.

We also work with the UK government on a numberof funded schemes to help young people get into work.


What will you do at TalentSpa as an Admin Assistant?

  • You will collaborate with team to perform daily tasks
  • Using our software, you will post adverts online, being committed to ensure these are done to the highest quality
  • Work alongside the Account Managers to support to clients' needs

What we are looking for:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and improve
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Can bring ideas to the company to take us to the next level
