THIS ROLE IS TO START IMMEDIATELY

Role:
Temporary Accounts Assistant


Salary:
£ £14.00 per hour


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, Full time office based


Contract:
Temporary contract (possibly perm)


Location:
Banbury, Oxfordshire


Main Duties for the Temporary Accounts Assistant:

Validate invoicing details like pricing for accuracy
:

Coordinate with clients to obtain purchase orders for invoices lacking them, where required
:

Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely approval of draft invoices
:

Rectify any discrepancies or problems with invoicing data
:

Maintain and refresh customer files with up-to-date information.

Experience requirement for the Temporary Accounts Assistant:

Previous Finance experience:

Excellent data entry:

-
Outstanding attention to detail and precision
:

-
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
:

-
A composed and confident telephone demeanor
:

-
Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
:

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

£12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
