working with an exciting global membership company, They are looking to bring in an accounts assistant to work alongside their Head of Finance as a deputy in the day to day running of the business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Enter purchase invoices, obtain coding and approval from Budget holders, setting up new Supplier accounts
  • Conduct Supplier payment runs once a week.
  • Prepare monthly journals for Prepayments and Accruals as required
  • Post incoming receipts to debtor accounts
  • Issue remittance acknowledgement receipts for member payments
  • Issue statement of accounts and chase outstanding payments as required
  • Review expense claims to supporting payment documents

Requirements:

Excellent IT skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office and Excel, Sales force an advantage

GCSE English and Maths

Part Qualified AAT, ACCA or equivalent

This role is based in London
