Description

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering highquality, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Developing and implementing engaging and challenging schemes of work in line with the National Curriculum.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to be independent, confident and reflective learners.
Monitoring and assessing student progress, setting targets, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver crosscurricular activities and events.
Communicating regularly and effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
Attending meetings, training sessions and other professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
Experience of teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in Year
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and current education initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing highquality education.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders.
A positive and proactive approach to professional development.
