Steve Soult LTD is a rapidly growing family business based in Kirkby in Ashfield.

We are currently looking for a new member to join our Office/ Sales team.

This role is mainly administration & customer based, answering phone calls when necessary and carrying out general office duties.

This is by nature a varied role, which requires a high level of versatility and the ability to multi-task.

You will be part of a small, structured team but equally you will need to be proactive in helping smooth functioning of the office.

A standard working week is 40 hours.

If successful, your main duties will include

  • Taking orders from customers and verifying orders as and when required.
  • Taking payments.
  • Completing purchase orders as and when required.
  • Processing company paperwork.
  • Booking in courier services.

SKILLS:


  • Data Entry
  • Excellent Skills with Microsoft Office
  • Competent IT Skills
  • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skill
  • A good degree of understanding for business administrative tasks
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Attention to Detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
