Description

This role is working service personnel and their families providing support through appointments exploring what their worries/concerns are and looking to support them where necessary.

This could be with worries about home life, work life, children, relationships etc. No one day is the same and we don't know what we will get through the door.

They could be one off appointments or longer pieces of work which will require assessment, planning and reviews with the service user being involved.

It may be that the practitioner will need to go to one of the Squadrons to brief on what support is available to them, or meeting with the RAF welfare team on Stations to discuss any persons they may have concerns about.

It is a very varied role that is not statutory, so those requiring support must access us, we will not contact without consent.

£28/hour, this is the standard rate and is not negotiable.

Applicants must have the use of their own vehicle and be able to agree to some office working.

Caritas Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
