We are supporting our client that is a residential home with 38 en-suite rooms whose residents are elderly, some with dementia, with their ongoing shifts that are days, nights, full and pert time, 7 days a week.


As a Care Assistant, you are always making a difference to our residents, ensuring they are comfortable and feel secure.

You will be passionate about care as we and our Clients. You'll be working with a fantastic team.


You will be experienced in delivering high-quality, personal and social care, providing kindness and warmth to residents so they valued, cared for and part of life in the home.


If you are motivated and a positive individual with good interpersonal skills, have the ability to identify tasks that need completing, have good communication skills this could be ideal position for you.

No two days will be the same, but it will include:

Assisting residents with a high standard of social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents.

Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
Communicating with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals
