Are you looking to build on your administrative experience and grow your career? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Membership & Customer Service Advisor.

In this role you'll be using your existing attention to detail and organisationalskills to own and resolve queries for our customers through to resolution.


Working as part of a small team, you'll provide a high-quality service to our members and customers in an efficient, professional manner.

We're looking for a proactive and positive individual who is able to show empathy and resilience to our internal andexternal stakeholders, through exceptional written and verbal communication.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage membership administration tasks including joining new members, setting up additional colleague cardholders, updating personal details and updating contact preferences
  • Provide administrative support, manage incoming enquiries, and handle calls to our switchboard
  • Record queries and complaints, setting the appropriate service level agreement (SLA) and categorisation

KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


  • Able to complete varied administrative tasks ensuring attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills and confident to build relationships with customers, members, and colleagues at all levels, in person and over the phone
  • Professional, clear, and confident manner with the ability to empathise with customers and remain impartial
  • Computer literate with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, prior experience of working with databases or inhouse system preferred
