We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Operative to join our dynamic team. If you are a great communicator and love helping people, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle incoming customer calls, providing information, assistance, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and determine the best solutions to address their concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records in our database.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive customer support.


Qualifications:

-
Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions.
-
Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed, especially when dealing with challenging customers.
-
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and empathetic personality, capable of building rapport with customers.

Pay:
From £23,464.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Liverpool, L5 4NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
