Description

As a Catering Assistant you will be focussing on delivering the highest quality of food and service. This role is Monday to Friday with a 9.45am start and 1.45pm finish.

School Catering Staff Responsibilities

Have full control of of the catering operation in your school kitchen including stock and food
Ensure consistency of food and service standards in your school catering operation
Oversee the main kitchen and menu development
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain company systems procedures, and legislation
Must have an Enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to pay for one
Knowledge of health and safety practise
Experience within a similar environment
