Fixed Term for 12 Months
We are looking for somebody to join our Gravesend team at our centre on Darnley Road, Gravesend.

The role will be based in Gravesend but, on occasion, you may be asked to help cover one of our other centres.


You should have good customer service, sales and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collate and manage information.

You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be willing to learn to use our bespoke management information system.

You will possess Level 2 or GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

The post requires a flexible working approach, and we endeavour to be flexible in return.

The working pattern will have variable hours and, because we run evening classes, will include one evening attendance per week (up to 10pm) during term time.

There may be some Saturday attendance too.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.

The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.

The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
