Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain customer records in an accurate and uptodate manner.
  • Keep uptodate with product and service changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Salary:
£24,428.00-£25,661.00 per year
