Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Gather customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain customer records in an accurate and uptodate manner.
- Keep uptodate with product and service changes.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Salary:
£24,428.00-£25,661.00 per year
