Do you like to get your hands dirty when fixing complex IT issues?


I have a unique role for a technically-minded D.365 Business Central Supporter to work inside a globally-recognised ISV on one of their flagship products.


My client has long-been at the forefront of building specific products within NAV and D.365 BC targeted at helping businesses simplify financial processes.

Through sustained success, they've been able to add to their range of products and also grow the teamsbehind each successful add-on.


The role of D.365 BC Product Supporter will sit in the team of one of their most successful add-ons which helps to automate expenses.

The tasks you can expect to undertake on a weekly basis look like this:


  • Handle and resolve 2nd level support tickets
  • Analyse and solve complex issues related to configuration or infrastructure together with development teams
  • Identify recurring issues and work to prevent similar issues happening in the future
  • 2+ years experience working handson with D.365 BC in a Supporter, Administrator or Consultant role
  • A technical mindset with an interest in different infrastructures, such as Azure, SQL, Active Directory
  • Great communication skills in English
  • An ability to work well in different teams and can take initiative
