Hybrid/WFH - Study Support

Salary up to £33K DOE plus excellent benefits package


Our client is an established Financial Planning business who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a good background in IFA administration, to join their existing support team.

They provide investment advice and retirement planningto a broad range of clients including high net worth clients.


You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Financial Adviser identifying areas for planning, attend client meetings, if required
  • Identify and obtain information necessary to compile clients' recommendations
  • Carry out technical investment/pension calculations
  • Present Cashflow Modelling scenarios to clients
  • Research products to support recommendations
  • Prepare information and comparison for analysis by Financial Adviser
  • Produce clear, concise, technically accurate financial planning recommendations and suitability reports
  • Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile, capacity for loss and knowledge and experience
  • Ensure that all FCA, regulatory, industry and compliance standards are met
  • Undertake some of the Client Support Administrator duties, as and when required.

The key skills required:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of all aspects of financial services products and taxation
  • Knowledge of technical financial planning tools
  • Experience of holistic financial planning
  • Working towards completion of Dip PFS qualification
  • Experience in prioritising and managing a varied caseload within a regulated environment
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT Literate
