We are looking for an Engineer with bottling experience that is seeking their next exciting opportunity.

Partnering with our client, we are looking for someone with experience of capping, bottling, filling machines who can couple this with excellent customerservice skills.

You will be responsible for tasks required within the Technical and Machine Services Department.

This will involve offering effective and efficient machinery, technical and quality related customer service to support their large customer base within the UK,not excluding some overseas customers.

You will handle customer complaints, quality related matters, and general technical enquiries. Training will be required on the additional elements of the role. Availability to travel to visit customers and suppliersis a mandatory requirement. As is accurate record keeping, files and customer liaison and workshop support

You will visit customer sites to repair, and be involved in installations, and commissioning of machinery as well as carrying out courtesy visits to customers in the local area.

Upon completion of the works and any calls you will ensure that all records areupdated and documents kept in order.

You will also promote products to support new machinery opportunities, and support new equipment installations by being present at client sites to install.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience of having worked within an Engineering / Technical related role, preferably in the bottling industry with proven skills in servicing, trouble shooting and commissioning bottling machinery such as Fillers, Cappersand Labelers.

You would preferably hold an engineering qualification although general experience will also be considered. Some training can be provided if you possess the required core skills.

You'll be highly organized with a high level of work accuracy required and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy skills and solid IT experience (Microsoft Office, with good Excel knowledge).

Experience of working within the Foodand Drinks Industry would be advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm, however flexibility is required and travel across the UK and some overseas trips are fundamental to this role therefore a full UK driving licence is key.
