T&G Automotive is a manufacturer of pressure vessels for use on vehicle braking and suspension systems.

We are currently looking to recruit personnel in the following areas;
-
Production Operatives

Steel, you will be responsible for operating semiautomatic MIG welding machines in a production line manufacturing steel pressure vessels. Duties include loading component parts into machines and onto jigs prior to machine carrying out welding function, unloading completed parts and visually inspecting welds for any defects.

Production Operative - Packing & Inspection / Powder Coating, Initially the successful applicant will be trained to work in the Packing and Inspection area of our steel pressure vessel section with a view to undergo training on our automated Powder Coating equipment in the future.

The successful applicants will be given full training in the operation and working procedures of specific Machines / Processes,

As an employee of T&G Automotive your working week will be 39 hours based on a 2 shift system rotating on a weekly basis as follows;-
WEEK 1 Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:00 (pay rate £11.22 per hour / £437.58 per week)

WEEK 2 Monday - Wednesday 14:00-00:00, Thursday 14:00 - 23:00 (pay rate 12.46 per hour / £485.94 per week)

As shift workers your break times are within the above working hours and are paid.
