GKR London are delighted to be partnered exclusively with an established multi-disciplined property developer with projects in and around London.

This highly reputable business has previously out sourced the management of its' commercial portfolio but now seeksto bring the management in house.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, Commercial Property Manager (RICS a plus); someone with client side experience, across a diverse, high yielding, multi let portfolio.

This portfolio consists of office, industrial, secondary and tertiary retail assetslocated across the South of England.

Duties to include:

Rent collection, arrears, insurance and forfeiture
Build & maintain relationships with Tenants
Liaison with Agency
Facilities Management
Planned preventative Property Management
Reactive maintenance/management
Service Charge Management
Regulatory Compliance

L&T work

Rent reviews & Lease renewals
Organising Schedule of dilapidations with building surveyors
Harness current inhouse team including accounts

Experience/Qualities required:

At least 5 years' experience
RICS or working towards beneficial
Very proactive, practical person required selfstarter, independent
Superb interpersonal skills
Must hold a UK driving licence
