Description

We are looking for a Service Secretary to assist one of the Consultants and medical team within our Neuropsychiatry Service.


You will need to assist in providing a high quality medical secretarial service to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The post holder will act as the focal point of contact and be responsible for dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the Consultant and team.

The post holder will be responsible for audio transcription and text processing of correspondence, as well as being responsible for ensuring new clinics are set up as required by the Consultant and the team.

You will need a qualification in administration and relevant experience (please see Person Specification for details). Previous experience of various computer packages, as well as minute taking, is also a requirement.

In return you will work in a fast-paced environment with lots of interaction with others.
