THE ROLE*As Reception Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience with us throughout the entire guest journey.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

Create a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests.
Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them.
Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
Maximize room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities encouraging the team to do the same.
Anticipate guest's needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
To offer continued support, training and development to your team and to work collaboratively with them.
Responsible for ensuring that our guest profiles are up to date, room allocation is in line with the Nobu strategy and all VIP banding prepared.
To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year experience in a Head Receptionist role.
Experience of working in a 5* enviornment is adventageous.
