EA/Office Coordinator

£20-£22ph

Part Time (Tuesday-Thursday)

What you'll do:


  • Responsible for answering all calls and meeting any clients
  • Diary and calendar management for the leadership team
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Ordering and managing inventory and office supplies
  • Preparing memos, correspondence and reports as required
  • Set up meeting rooms and order catering
  • Expense proccessing and invoices
  • Organise events
  • Demonstrating confidentiality and diplomacy when handling internal requests
  • Preparing documents in accordance with the established procedures

What you'll need;

  • Experience working in a similar EA/Admin role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
