We are recruiting for a Portfolio Schedule and Planning Manager to join our client's Portfolio Delivery Office to build and manage their Integrated Portfolio Plan, acting as the liaison between the Portfolio Delivery Office and the projects and programmeswithin this.

You will support horizon scanning of upcoming and potential new projects and align with in-flight projects and their prioritisation to the organisation.

You will have primary responsibility for maintain the Integrated Portfolio Plan and 3-yeardelivery plan.


Part of the role will be to assess and manage the impact from demand and change processes within the Portfolio Delivery Office and wider organisation, whilst supporting the organisation's strategic planning process by helping the organisation to understandthe impact of change, its current resource commitments and support better decision making by recommending starting, pausing/stopping projects to optimise delivery and escalating issues to minimise the wider impact.


To be successful in this role you should have Practitioner level knowledge of project management methodologies alongside knowledge and demonstrable capability in planning and scheduling at programme and portfolio level.

You'll bring your extensive experienceof resource planning and management, budget, and cost management, change control and risk management to this role.

As you'll be liaising with stakeholders, both internally and externally, you'll need to have a strong ability to communicate at all levels, persuadeand influence within a complex change management environment.

It would be desirable, but not essential, if you held Full membership of an appropriate professional body (i.e., APM)


Vetting


This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £57,466 plus a £1,500 South East Allowance and generous benefits package.

The role is based Culham, Oxfordshire with hybrid working available.
