Construction Planner / Administrator

The role involves:

To manage coordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives; to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency.
Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and subcontractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.
Provide support to the Repairs Supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.

Hourly pay rate:

- £ £17.49 per hour depending on experience
