Our client, an established TPA, seek a Senior Claims Adjuster to handle a case load of UK Professional Indemnity and D&O claims.

PI areas covered include Solicitors, Architects, Surveyors and Accountants. Previous Professional Indemnity and/or D&O claimshandling experience is essential.

Responsibilities will include handling the management of Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers claims from first notification of loss to final resolution including, triage, issuing instructions to external service providers (Solicitors, adjusters,etc) and liaison with client claims managers and underwriters, across a wide range of Professions within a designated delegated authority.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the management and administration of claims and circumstances from cradle to grave.

To manage all claims in accordance with client contract requirements and contract protocols within the parameters of the client's Delegated Authority.

To liaise with clients, underwriters, brokers and policyholders where necessary. To instruct panel solicitors and/or adjusters to assist in the investigation and defence of the claims.
To ensure all claims, policy and financial data is entered accurately onto the claims management system.
To assist in the production of statistical data where relevant to claims management.
