About The

Role:


Based at their Head Office, and reporting directly to the CEO, the new Head of Recruitment will be responsible for leading the Recruitment Strategy for the whole group.

I cannot stress enough how much my client as a group values the importance of having the right people in their team.

It is a fundamental priority which although may make them highly selective, it also makes them who they are.

Therefore, it will be your responsibility to ensure they continue to attract exceptional people who have the passion and skill to achieve inspired outcomes, whilst also being able to work well with the people around them.

My client is looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with people, has previous experience working at a senior level, whilst also having an interest in commercial investments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute an Recruitment Strategy including attraction, selection, and onboarding to ensure we build a top tier talent pipeline
  • Deliver on all agreed KPI's to support continued business growth
  • Produce regular performance analytics and insights and solutions to continually improve recruitment performance and present to senior stakeholders
  • Strive constantly to improve the quality of applicant as well as time to hire and the interview to offer ratio on all hires
  • Work with the Marketing Team to boost the business's profile on Social Media platforms & manage the recruitment element of Social Media

Qualifications & Skills:

  • You will have an excellent network of contacts
  • Previous experience within a similar recruitment role
  • Exceptional understanding of recruitment
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
  • Great interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Analytical and able to interpret data
